At Pacemaxi.com, we aim to deliver your order quickly and securely. Below, you will find all the details regarding our shipping process, estimated delivery times, and costs.

1. Order Processing

✔ Orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
✔ You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is shipped.
✔ Please keep in mind that there can be some delays due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier issues, but we will take care of it! 

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

📦 Tracking: All orders come with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment. Basic free delivery starts from 50 EUR.

Introducing new collections with free delivery on all product orders until 1st December, 2025.

3. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

✔ If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us to get the most accurate information.
✔ If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with on your local post office. If the issue persists, contact us within 5 days of the delivery notice.
✔ Pacemaxi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

4. Address Changes & Order Issues

✔ Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Once an order is shipped, we cannot change the address.
✔ If you made a mistake in your address, contact us immediately at info@pacemaxi.com to see if modifications are still possible.

5. Pre-Orders & Backorders

✔ If an item is on pre-order or backorder, the estimated shipping time will be mentioned on the product page.
✔ Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together unless requested otherwise.
