At Pacemaxi.com, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely happy, we offer a 30 day return and refund policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
1. Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
✔ Unopened & Unused – The product must be in its original, unused condition.
✔ Original Packaging – The item must be returned in its original gift box or packaging, with all labels and accessories included.
✔ No Signs of Use – Items that have been washed, worn, or show signs of use (such as perfume, stains, or damage) cannot be returned.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items:
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used or washed compression socks, running socks, compression gear.
- Items returned without original packaging.
2. How to Return a Product
1️⃣ Request a Return – Email us at info@pacemaxi.com with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ Receive Return Instructions – We will provide you with the return address and further instructions. Return address is in EU!
3️⃣ Ship the Item Back – You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid lost packages.
4️⃣ Processing & Refund – Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

✔ Refund Processing Time – Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue a refund within 5-10 business days.
✔ Refund Method – Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
✔ Original Shipping Costs – Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
4. Exchanges
If you need a different color or size, please return the item and place a new order.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@pacemaxi.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
